Rose: What is the highlight of your day/week/month/quarter? || How have you been successful? || What are you most proud of? Bud: What are some of the opportunities that energize you? || What possibilities need growth and nurturing? || What is working now, but could be working better in the future? Thorn: What causes the most stress? || *What impeded your efforts? || Did you experience pain points in the process? || What did you wish would have turned out better?
Write all three on any one index card/post it note/etc that you choose to use. Review this every so often [I suggest seasonally] to see how far you’ve progressed and begin to measure yourself in your GAINS as opposed to your gap! *****

What if I want this to be tangible? Excellent, a hands on typa person! My suggestion would be to find a clear container, like a flower vase, and put it in a visible place.
And add your small post-it-note-sized to the vase weekly or monthly as you can. Consistency in your cadence is vital!
Feel free to make it your own ritual; ie. each season comes with a need to reflect + purge. So with each season, empty the container, review + reflect on what you’d written on those notes, and rid them in some ritualized way such as burning in a bowl or burying in the dirt in your backyard.
Re set your container and start with an empty vase/blank slate for the next season 🍂🌼❄️🌴
