Focusing on authentic connection, collaboration & leadership with individuals, groups, & teams - we get to play in the proverbial sandbox; where we can get a little messy, dust ourselves off, and embrace a win or learn attitude. It’s become apparent that disconnection, self doubt, and poor communication have run so rampant through our cultural fabric that we get to go back to the beginning!
My workshops take on the vital perspective that authentic leadership stems from when we, as individuals, begin the journey of self inquiry toward the goal of self discovery. We will start with the I and inevitably, get to the we - where teams, relationships, partnerships can thrive.
