Focusing on authentic connection, collaboration & leadership with individuals, groups, & teams - we get to play in the proverbial sandbox; where we can get a little messy, dust ourselves off, and embrace a win or learn attitude. It’s become apparent that disconnection, self doubt, and poor communication have run so rampant through our cultural fabric that we get to go back to the beginning!
My workshops take on the vital perspective that authentic leadership stems from when the individual begins the journey of self inquiry toward the goal of self discovery. We will start with the “I” and inevitably, get to the “we” - where teams, relationships, and partnerships can thrive.
Workshops I facilitate aim to empower individuals + teams by enhancing their skills in prioritization, leadership, communication, teamwork, cultural awareness, self-awareness to ultimately fostering personal + collective growth and success.

Through my experience of being an employee, to cultivating communities of humans, to curating workshops for those humans as well as becoming a leadership coach, there is one thing I know: one stop workshopping rarely does the job. It’s a possibly wild statement on the outset, but I implore you to consider the last good workshop you’ve attended and wait committed changes you actually implemented after it… I’ll wait …
My suggestion is simply this, have a plan that follows the learnings taken away from the workshop. Whether you do that as a team on your own or you outsource, it’s the way professional development is meant to be sustainable, worthwhile, and truly improve your professional culture.

Complementary Workshops

This is an option for a team that is having difficulty connecting, a team with a first time manager, and/or a cross cultural team that feels siloed.
With a 6mo. program, we would work together as a group and individually to reach rejuvenated, refreshed, and reconnected levels of the true meaning behind TEAM.

Emergent Leader Coaching
Similar to team coaching, yet this is for an emergent leader, a first time manager, or a neurodivergent leader that doesn’t have much like minded support.
This can be a 4, 6 or 8 month partnership.
