Breathwork T&C and Liability


1. Introduction

Welcome to AdventuresOFcommunity LLC, where these Terms and Conditions govern your use of the following, but not limited to holistic transformation life coaching for individuals and groups, workshop design & facilitation, community development, events, and breathwork facilitation services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

AdventuresOFcommunity LLC offers holistic life coaching, workshop design & facilitation, community development, and breathwork facilitation services. These services are provided based on the information and preferences provided by the client. They are offered virtually and in person, synchronously and asynchronously.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information to ensure the effectiveness of our services. This is often compiled via discovery calls, intake forms, and surveys. It is the client's responsibility to communicate any changes or concerns promptly and in writing.

4. Payment and Fees

Payment details, including fees and payment schedules, will be outlined in the agreement between AdventuresOFcommunity LLC and the client prior to the commencement of services. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the suspension of services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies and refund details will be specified in the service agreement. Clients are encouraged to review and understand these terms before entering into an agreement. In the event of outstanding circumstances, please reach out directly to Victoria to come up with a plan of action.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions or workshops will be treated as confidential.
